Brookvale Dance Centre class uniforms (Apparel) are compulsory both in class and at studio events . Upon enrolment, your child will receive a Uniform voucher to assist in the purchase of the items required for their chosen program.
We opted for vouchers this year as many students have sufficient uniforms from previous years and may opt to use their vouchers to purchase additional merchandise like hoodies, shirts, footwear or accessories.
The voucher may also be used at any time throughout the year, which may be more beneficial once students have a growth spurt. It is important students wear the provided uniform for the various styles as it is necessary for the teacher to see and give corrections.
Correct footwear is essential to the learning process and the overall dancing experience.
PLEASE NOTE: All students need to be in full uniform by June and will need uniforms for our showcase on June 19th.

Additional BDC Merchandise including Hoodies, Trackpants, Tshirts, singlets, and accessories are also available for purchase on our online store (store.brookvaledancecentre.com). These can be worn too and from the studio, at competitions and events and in all Hip Hop classes, and help students to really identify as being a part of the BDC community.
Hair can be tied back in any style but should be neat and tidy and worn off the face. We recommend a neat ponytail, braid, or bun. Students must wear a proper ballet bun for Ballet classes, it should include hairnet and pins. For safety reasons, no jewelry or watches should be worn to class to avoid injuries.
NOTE: ANY STUDENT THAT ENTERS THE CLASS WITHOUT CORRECT HAIR WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND FIX IT.
